God has given you a life and allowed your heart to beat yet you waste so much of the free time that you have doing stupid things in which you accomplish nothing. Take a look outside your window or at your wife, children or pet. It would be so much better to spend more time with them by simply playing a game or go outside for a nice walk.

If you have no family and cant get outside and enjoy surfing the web then go learn something about someone in history that interest you or maybe something about a particular animal that you like.

There are so many wonderful things in this world that are clean, decent and a lot fun which you can enjoy without filling your head full of filth. Enjoy your life and be the best person that you can be.
